- Required: name, email address, request type, urgency, subject, and the description you write
- Optional: company name and phone number
- Collected automatically when you send a request: IP address, browser user agent, and the time of the request
Why we use it
We use this information only to reply to your request, to investigate the problem you report, and to keep a record of the support we provided. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for one year after it is closed, then delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it earlier.
Sharing
We do not give your information to third parties. Requests are stored on servers we operate. Our email provider processes the messages we exchange with you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop its processing. Email contact@themonthly.tech and we will act on the request without delay.
Security
Requests travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Stored requests are accessible only to the staff who handle support.
